you're probably trying in emulators, where the random seed (current rasterline) is always the same at start.
load manually and type run, the delay now will be always different and so will be the layout

I love the shiny effect added to the logo. If you want to move the shiny effect (little stars) a few inch below in the scrolling text, just play the intro in NTSC! The song will also be faster but it's perfectly enjoyable.
