It's not "crashing" but there's a time-out check that exits the intro, and in this case just resets the c64.
I can't find the crack where this intro was taken from, I'll check if there is another using the same.

Nice intro, but crashes after a about 20 seconds. (Tested on Vice 2.3 PAL)
