Nopes, that's plain hires-multicolor. Imagine an 8X8 pixel grid over the logo. 2 colors in each grid. This is really just good hires-multicolor for being made in 1992. For other stuff like this, check out Cruzers hiresgraphics in Demotions "Unbound" and the The Party invitro with the multispeed music by Jeff. It might have been made to give the impression of AFLI, but it sure isn't.
