It's not from 1991. They called themselves ACS 1991. It was hyped to use numbers in combination with your group name. Some examples Radwar 1941, Last Generation 1945, Weird Science 2662, Wizax 2004, AFL 1970, ECA 1998.. You get the point.

This intro is from the year 1991, but it looks like 1986!
