OK fixed, try it now. I tested it working with vice 3.8 and hoxs 1.1.2.3
and of course in both PAL and NTSC modes.

I haven't touched the grey dots problem of course, use old c64 model to make them disappear.

It seems a defective init in the original

XTC-Packer V2.1+/Extasy

Needs someone knowing what he's doing to recode/fix the init =)
