oh, one says there's shouldn't be a initial pause, one says there should. There is a counter for the logo char movement on $fa but it was not initialized, so whatever $fa gets after depacking is causing the RANDOM TIMED lockup on the logo movement until it reaches the range 0-2, the lockup *wasn't meant to be like that*.
Blame the intro coder for not having initalized the value to #, which I did.
